Jocelyn DeBackere

Jocelyn graduated from the Material Art and Design program at the Ontario College of Art and Design in the spring of 2005. Prior to her graduation, she spent one year at OCAD's Florence satellite campus completing an Advanced Visual Studies Certificate. She currently lives in Toronto and is a member of C1 art space's Clay Studio Co-op.

Jocelyn's work explores the form, gesture and balancing of the human figure and addresses the physical and psychological issues surrounding it..
